Our favorites in the area (we will be happy to make reservations for you if your French is not fluent, please ask in the morning) :In Genêts itself a longstanding favorite of the local people:

In Saint Jean le Thomas (5 minutes away):

In Carolles (10 minutes drive), the classic nearby family beach where you can swim all day regardless of the tides :

In Jullouville (15 minutes drive or less) :

• « La Promenade » one of your hostess’ favorites: Elie, an artist cook who makes his own “fonds de sauce”, specializes in ultra fresh fish dishes and home made desserts. Our baker makes good sandwiches or, if you want them organic, we could make them for you upon special request. In either case, please make reservations at the latest the morning before.
